Just had a big argument with best friend about the classic early Bronco with the vertical grill. Not the model OJ had but the 1960's era Bronco.I said it came first and he says that it was a big one like OJ's and then the small one and then back to the big one.My brother had a 1967 Bronco that was turquoise and white on a F100 chassis if I remember correctly.Any help.

I think you are right,the original Bronco as I remember it was much smaller than the OJMOBILE. Not sure about the F100 Chassis but that could be correct too.

The original Bronco (the small one) was the first, from 1966 - 1977. No other ford vehicle shared this frame.The big Bronco (like OJ's) was from 1978 - 1996. Based on the F-series frame.The Bronco II (the new small one) 1983 1990. Based on the ford Ranger frame.So you win, small Bronco first.

The early ones were best. So where the IH Scouts and the early Jeeps.

A local farmer retired and had a auction last spring. He had hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment on his sale.

He also has a rusty early Jeep that had not been licensed in years.

He got 3 times as many calls from people asking about the Jeep as what he did the expensive equipment. lol

Okay, I was thinking the side profile and you seem to be looking at the front profile. I think we are both right. Later models side profile was slanted out from the bottom to the top. Different views.

THAT is a VERY CLEAN Bronco.

Rare to see one still OEM.

Usually rear wheel wells been cut, bumpers replaced with round tubing and running oversized tires
