I painted all the yellowed plastic parts on our trailer about 13 years ago and they still look like new today. Used Krylon plastic paint as already mentioned by posters above.
Painted the two door window frames, entrance handle mounts, stove vent cover, outside elect covers, fridge vent on roof, and any other yellowed plastic parts.
I took the two window frames apart instead of masking. It was very easy and just took a few minutes to remove approximately 8 screws and the frame came right off.
I can't remember now whether I had to use a putty knife but probably not.
