That's easily new enough to be fuel injected and computer controlled. It should have no problems doing the job. You won't be the fastest vehicle on the road, nor the slowest. You will lose some power at altitude, perhaps requiring the use of a lower gear, but you'll be entirely able to get there safely if you drive reasonably and sanely.
2020 is still awhile in the future, so it's certainly a possibility that you will have had to replace the vehicle before then. One hopes not, of course, but somethings...well, stuff happens.
