There may be a few hills in the west but nothing worry about. What could be more to think about is that there are lots of twisty roads depending on your route. Some can have tight turns, be narrow, bumpy and can have sheer cliffs alongside. If it were me, I'd want some nice HD shocks and depending on mileage, would make sure nothing is worn in the front end & steering and brakes are good. Or stick to boring interstates and miss all the fun...
