Usually it's only a problem with vehicles from the rust belt. I have one truck that come from the east coast. The transmission cooler lines started to leak from corrosion and will be replaced next week. Power steering hose looks like it has corrosion as well and will be replaced. Brake lines were fine. The trucks I've bought from Texas did not have those issues.
