Yeti coolers?
Are they worth the high price? I have a 20 year old Coleman Extreme that holds ice for 5+ days in high 80s and 90s.

pretty subjective.
If you want the best cooler you can get and don't mind the price, yes they are worth it.
If you don't mind buying ice more often and are cheap like me then you can just keep dreaming of them. They are relatively small inside compared to outside dimensions also.

My opinion. For the occasional weekend and holiday camper no. But for the extreme outdoorsman yes. They are very good coolers but I determine need by use. I determine want by, it would be nice to have but for the money do I really need it. If money is no object get the Yeti.
I use the Yeti tumbler to keep my drinks cold. Even in 100+ weather locked in a parked car my drinks stay cold all day. The cup will be so hot I can barely hang on to it but the drink is cold and still has most off the ice remaining. Yeti makes an excellent product. I also have an RTEK tumbler....works just as well and cost less.
