That can't be true as everybody here knows that 5'rs never sway.
Been waiting for someone to say something along these lines......
5'rs can sway, just like a ball mount can sway. I forgot, this rig was slightly nose up too! could have been a bit light on the pin too.
ANY trailer if you get things going right will sway.
I've learned to not trust gcwr's more than gvwr's that equal the axel ratings. GVWR's that are below like 15% on my dually, hog wash! I run it to the axel limits! but that is me! I'm leagl to something more than 20% above the axel limits per my states laws.
The issue becomes, are we going to go by enineers limits, state laws, or some thing in the middle..........reality is, cops have to go by state laws that are black and white. we have ideals that have a lot of gray!
