True-there are always exceptions. But he could have been in stellar shape physically, but your reactions just are not there as someone who is in their 30s...or even 40s when statistically you start to change.
Going to disagree here, seen way too many 20, & 30 year olds, that couldn't make a driving decision to save there life!
Just saw a story on the local news of a gentleman that is 104 years old, and just got his license renewed, now good to 2021. Part of the store was a ride along with the guy, seemed to just fine.
Sorry...104 year old has no business behind the wheel. None...NADA.
