Where is all this right turning only? Must be for some strange particular reason but far from the norm. Never seen such a thing in my 72 years living in Michigan and we've been in every city repeatedly. To go left on a divided highway in Michigan where the cross street goes thru or ends at the highway, you turn to the right and bear left and then make a "U" turn about a block later (an age old Michigan turn) thru the median so you are going in the left direction you desired with the traffic flow and simply merge in.
unhuh Remember one, where there must have been half of Michigan, on that road. Trying to make a uturn with coach and car in front ,of cars moving pretty fast, in all lanes and up onto the sidewalk etc would have been an adventure.
