I have one and love it. One needs to understand some things about the hose. It is guaranteed foe 5 years. Take it back to where it was purchased with the receipt. It is intended for house hold garden use. Do not leave it pressurized while unattended. Thsee things are written on the box. It is not like the many retractable hoses advertised on TV and while similar construction are not the same. They do not retract on their own. So far ours is fantastic, but would never use with the motor home for any use other than to fill the fresh water tank.
