The sewage issue is legitimate but could be addressed by an ordinance on a septic tank. The RV park is legitimate but likewise could be addressed with an ordnance on use of multiple RVs.
You have to know before you buy and I wouldn't try to argue that you are a work vehicle but this is 30 acres in a agricultural area, not parking on a street in a subdivision. That's the part that is ridiculous.
