? for the battery gurus...
While checking the levels in my 12v battery, a broken piece of a washer slid into one of the cells. Am I in for any problems, or is there any action I should take? Thanks for your help!

Go get corks. Wedge them into every filler hole except the one that has the washer*. Use a PLASTIC tub. Invert the battery the washer will flow out. Tilt the battery if necessary to get it to fall out. Use a turkey baster bulb to refill the battery.
*You may have to do a little tapping. They must not come out until you tell them to.

Have a big bowl of already made baking soda water solution at hand.
