from days of yore.
With enough time, will 13.6v (75F) charge get to 100% SoC, return sg ...?
13.5 is like grabbing a snack on the go - you won't fall flat on your face right away but living on it is another story entirely. For maintenance, 13.6 is a battery death sentence due to sulfation and stratification.

One NEW Wal-Mart group 29 battery discharged to 12.0 volts. One WhiffCo converter stuck on 13.6 volts. Plugged battery into converter Monday morning 0900. Took battery off converter THURSDAY 0530 and measured specific gravity. NONE of the six cells had reverted to 1.280 corrected specific gravity. Try 1.270 to 1.272.

Keep 'em all winter at 92% state of charge all winter and your battery store will send tou a free calendar being a frequent customer.
FIND OUT!
using a hydrometer if your Einstein Charger CAN get the batteries to 100% state of charge. A voltage limited maintainer limited to 13.4 volts might need 361- years to acheive full charge from 92% SOC. Guess if you want to your battery vendor will blow you a kiss.
