05 Tropical LX Vacuum Pump location.
Upon his return from Quartsite AZ my brother-in-law tells me none of the vents open/close on his has air. I suggested he try & locate the vacuum pump. Problem is, he has no idea where it's located. ...

The 12 volt pump will be on the Firewall on the OUTSIDE, not in the inside dash area. The pump can be purchased from Evans-Tempcon or Ford. ANY 12 volt vacumm pump will work. The dash system was NOT built by National anyway and all the parts are aftermarket. Doug
