Yesterday I ordered the ones Gdetrailer suggested. 6 for $25. Hopefully they'll fit but if not, as someone else pointed out, just hack the reflector as it won't be used anymore.
I don't even try to try to remove the glass cover with the fixture installed - I just pull it out and then it's easy to grip.
