Confirm total oil quantity with filter change for your engine serial number with Cummins.
THEN, calibrate you engine's oil dipstick. Remember, this was not supplied by Cummins, as it would have been too short for a DP application. The dip stick is most likely the thing that is out of sync with your engine/oil quantity.
