For one trip, even a lowly Coleman and dry ice will work just fine. Yeti's are way overpriced. The Coleman will work fine (with dry ice). I've hauled game meat across the country in Coleman's with dry ice and it stars frozen just like it came from the packer for a week.
having said that, if you have an end use for a compressor cool box like a Dometic. They work fantastic and the larger ones have seperate freezer and refrigeration compartments. Nice thing is you can plug it into a cigarette lighter outlet and because it has voltage sensing, it won't kill your starting battery in your tow vehicle.
I would never consider a thermo-electric cooler because the best you can get is 30 degrees below ambient. if it's 80 ambient, you get 50 maxinum, not even close to good.
Dometic's will freeze down to -22(f)
My next investment. I love rock hard French Vanilla ice cream when camping.
