I bought a Magic Chef 3.1 cubic foot 2 door refrigerator/freezer like this:

for $110.00 used in like new condition. It is a 120 volt and draws less than 1 amp so a small 150 watt inverter converts it to 12 volts for about $40.00. It has a separate freezer door with a .9 cubic foot capacity freezer. It easily keeps everything frozen when its +90 degrees inside the RV. I use it at home when I'm not traveling. The refrigerator door shelving/racks were designed by someone who lives on another planet but everything else is satisfactory. It fits enough food for about a week for 1 to 2 people.
