Fridge, water heater, water pump, A/C themostat, jacks, slides, vent fans, cigar connector, antenna booster, radio, propane detector, etc. all use 12 volts.
If you go with a 24 volt main battery just get the Victron DC/DC converter posted above to feed the 12v system.
Any high draw items will need to be converted to draw 24v direct off the main battery. Such as inverters or tank heaters.
