And the third side says this bulb is so wasteful we need to save those resources for other items.
Similar with moving from 5 gallons/flush to 1.6 gallons/flush toilet.
There just is no longer the excess resources to continue without change.
Maybe not out there where the water is 'drying up' so to speak, but up here in the Great Lakes states, a 5 gallon flush is fine thank you.
No you cannot have ours (water), you want to live there, deal with it.
