We use these bulbs to make just a little heat to keep the springhouse water pump from freezing, or the chicken waterers from freezing, etc.

Wanting or not wanting something is fine. LEGISLATING it is about controlling others.

Keep the $1 bulbs, make the $10 ones optional ;)
