The forum is for "North America". No butting in intended.
Getting away from fossil fuels by doing big and little things (like using more efficient light bulbs) affects the whole world.
Actually this forum IS on the Wobbly Web which happens to span the ENTIRE WORLD.
BUT, what YOU happen to be missing is "North America" just so happens to be DIVIDED INTO SEPARATE SOVEREIGN COUNTRIES..

Not making this political, just defining the idea that the US does not have to follow rules and ideas of OTHER countries whether that country is on the opposite side of the globe or abutting our borders..
We NEED the US to break this mentality that lumps all nations into on glob of mediocrity of following the Lemmings off the cliff.
