Basically the only thing AC is AC and microwave.
Fridge and water heater could run off AC or propane.
TV depends on what was installed in the unit.
24V or 48V would probably be as easy as running your house on that same voltage.
Everything is 120 AC or 12V DC so you either need to go up or down.
I don't know that trailer but it seems kinda small for 4 batteries
