NO, absolutely not.
Not easy, not cheap and NOT necessary.
You would be better off spending your time and money:
Increasing the 12 V battery capacity
Making sure that you have a good 3 stage converter/charger.
And maybe adding some solar, depending on your usage patterns.
This assumes that there is a generator available to create AC when you need to run things like the A/C, microwave and often the TV.
By getting a 12 V TV, I found that I cut my generator time WAY down.
