The cut out voltages seem to indicate it will work fine with 12, 24 or 48v battery banks. Of course it is not likely it will charge a 48v bank without 48v of solar, and even then it would have to stay within the voltage and wattage limits of the controller. But on 24 or 12v it should work fine.
And like my LandStar, it has "thunder protection"!
