Those idiots should be sent back to rice fields. Getting $2 an hour at the factory in a big city is too much for them - and those who actually write the manuals are probably getting $3.

Though... since they - apparently - pirated some existing brand circuit board, it should work with 12 and 24V battery bank. But you can't "mix and match" - you have to connect either 12V, or 24V battery, not both at the same time.
