12V LED TV options

Are there any other options out there besides Jensen? Looking for something in the 26" range.

Currently have a 19" Jensen 12V in the living area that I am moving to the front 5er bedroom and want to replace it with something a bit larger.

Several of Best Buy's Insignia brand TVs are 12 volt. You can go to the Insignia web site (Insignia web site) and check the specs. You may have to check the manual to see which ones are 12V.

Thanks. I found this one on their website http://www.insigniaproducts.com/products/televisions/NS-28D310NA15.html

Under features it says it includes a power adapter which I assume is the DC/AC brick. I checked the specifications in the manual but couldn't find anything in regards to this however. May have to go to BestBuy and look at the brick.
  • A quality inverter costs a few bucks and you do lose some of your battery power to convert from 12v dc to 120v ac.

NOthing that I am aware of. I was just looking to stay 12V since my bedroom TV will be on 12V and I don't really have plans to add a converter down the road since I also have a 4K built in genny.

  • Hey, I founf a pellet grill/smoker that ses 12VDC! LOL
  • My Vizio and my Insignia are both 12 volt through a brick.
When you go shopping just look at the output voltage of the brick
  • Let us know what TV's "appear" to be 12VDC.
I have a true 12VDC TV but it looks like the newer ones are a different voltage.

    Thanks

  • Lots of options. Go to the store and look for televisions that use a power brick to reduce to 12vdc. Get rid of the brick and connect directly to 12vdc.
