Are you parked in the full sun? This is the time of year that Florida weather patterns and heat dictates that any RV should be in the shade. It makes a huge difference on the A/C ability to cool.
If the air is good and cold when the compressor is on, then the A/C is working properly. It just isn't able to keep up.
