14.4 volts to lights when charging?
when you are charging your batteries and charger is putting out 14.4 volts in boost mode, is that voltage going to harm led lights??

I suggest that if you will have shore power to get regulated lEDs. Short term higher voltage of charging wont cause the LEDs to pop instantly but may show long term effects. It can cause the imitation 3M tape to dislodge due to higher temps.
As a boondocker our ebay LEDs never see higher voltages because we use the lights at night and charge during the day via solar or generator.
