Ok you gots something that is a booster regulator
Your MeanyWell is set for a lower voltage usually.
Dial up equalization or conditioning voltage (16.0 volts for the wacky 31) then enable it. If you have not the ampere hour min for the 10+ amp potential connect a 50 watt light 12 volts in series to cut amperage to the correct formula. Five amps mas o menos for the wacky 31.
Now you have a voltage limited constant current equalization machine for the 31.
