Without being overly critical, IMO you are expecting way too much from your RV manufacturer. Although a general wiring diagram may have existed at the time of manufacture, chances are that there are/were so many variations based on available options, plus previous owner changes, that it wouldn't make sense today. Whatever wiring diagrams the RV manufacturer made, if any, hit the circular file years ago.
IMO if you really want/need one, your best bet would be to draw/make your own diagram based on your best "guess" of what "should" be there. Use the wire gauges/colors/locations/voltages/amps/functions to start with. Good luck, I hope I'm wrong and you find what you are looking for.
Second thought: I don't know who made the chassis (Chevrolet, I think) but you may be able to get the chassis wiring diagram from the factory service manual. That would not include the coach wiring.
