1994 Bounder Fleetwood 454 Engine-Start Problems!

I think you have us all stumped, so please post the final outcome so we can all learn something here. With spark and fuel present, the only thing left is compression. I cant imagine anything that would effect compression on all cylinders unless the cam broke, but that would have shown up elsewhere if that was the case.
