1994 Bounder Fleetwood 454 Engine-Start Problems!

Driving down interstate 10 at 70mph everything running well. Engine stopped running, just like turning off ignition. Coasted to side of road. Let it set for a while then tried to start. Would not even...

When was voltage read? Voltage through the fuel pump relay? 8.3 is low.
Try applying power at the oil pressure sensor and see what you get.
