1994 Bounder Fleetwood 454 Engine-Start Problems!

Driving down interstate 10 at 70mph everything running well. Engine stopped running, just like turning off ignition. Coasted to side of road. Let it set for a while then tried to start. Would not even...

The only things that haven't been changed now is MAP, Ignition Switch, Throttle Position Sensor. I am bafflled, how did it change overnight?????
