1999-2000 Ford F53 TSB 02-11-3 PCM ground harness
I am having the symptoms as described in Ford TSB 02-11-3. and error codes P0720 and P0500

Erratic 1-2 upshift and starting out in second gear sometimes. The updated Ford ground jumper harness P/N 1C3Z-13N850-AA is no longer available.

Forum members have made their own ground jumper harness spliced into the factory harness.
My question to anyone familiar with this update is do I splice onto the 7 ground wires going to PCM connector, or the wires going away from the PCM?
Reading the TSB it appears the new ground harness attaches to 7 pins in the PCM connector and the original wires are abandoned, but no diagram to confirm this.
