Also, the Prosine has an error log, which clearly tells you what's wrong.
Its been a problem in past but my batts went bad so when I replaced them I went to group 31's with a high amp out put, was hoping this would have fixed the problem but it did not, but I have good long term 12 volts now with the newer larger batts.
