On my 2000 watt Magnum inverter the manual says if the inverter is within 3 feet of batteries the minimum cable size should be 2/0 copper, if it over 3 feet from the batteries 4/0 copper is called for. I also believe your battery bank may be a tad bit undersized. It may run your microwave if fully charged, but if it has been discharged from fully charged you will have voltage problems at the 12 volt input side of your inverter.
My 1000 watt Dometic microwave draws 17 amps at 120 volts and that converts to 2040 watts. With just two batteries you will probably have problems running high loads like a microwave.
Do some internet searches for RV inverter problems, you need to educate yourself to continue to do a inverter trouble shooting job.
