2000 Watt Invertor Issues, Need Help

My 2000 watt Prosine invertor works fine on small loads like TV, computer, etc, but when I fire up my LG 1000 watt micro wave/convection oven the invertor kicks off after 8 seconds, my batteries are new with lots of amp hrs and solar panel, but why is the 2000 watt invertor not running a 1000 watt micro wave..

Anyone know why I am having problems or is invertor going bad.

    2 is bare minimum. You need 4. Is this a new problem? Your panel should show your voltage @ 8 seconds when it quits.

    Also, the Prosine panel has an error log, which clearly tells you what's wrong. Got owner's manual?

    Was looking around on the net and some said I might need a bigger battery bank, I have 2 12 volt group 31"s AGM RV/Marine batts, 100 amp hr Duracell brand, I would think these would be big enough, right.

    The cables are not under sized, they are very thick, thicker than most battery cables in cars, not sure what gauge but at least 2 ga or thicker.

    Cables say 1/0 on them

    Look at the input voltage at the inverter under load. Undersized cable is pretty common.
