2001 Monaco Dynasty optional fuse panel location

Working on the powered window blinds on the slideout.We have one blind removed as the switch and motor were bad. Now none of the blinds in the coach will work so my guess is it blew a fuse.Okay then ...

The wiring diagram shows a 12 volt house panel. It shows being seperate from the main panel up front. Its not near the engine or house batteries.
What a joke.
