2002 Monaco La Palma Dash Heater

I have a 2002 La Palma and The dash is only blowing cold air, Even thought the thermostat is moved all the way to the heat setting. Any ideas on what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated. I am new to the Class A RV's as i had a Class C before and it was a lot easier to fix.
