NADA for Monaco La Palma

Question

I am looking at a 2002 Monaco LaPalma, 36 ft. with a bath and half on a Workhorse chassis.

I've looked at NADA online and it does not list the bath and half model DBD.

I checked another model, PED, 36 ft. Workhorse Chassis and it lists the average retail at $19,390. I'd like to find one at that price.

Does anyone have another source for the price?

It lists it. It says all floor plans are included in their pricing.NADA

I have the 36 DBD...2004 with the 8.1 and Allison 1000 transmission. If you can buy one of these for under $20,000 I'd be surprised.Have you actually seen one for sale at that price?

That was my point. I think the NADA price is way off. I'd be glad to buy one at that price if I could find one.
