thanks to all for their input. I have done everything listed above including BDPREES suggestion. Yes the wire nuts were almost gone but cleaning them up did not make a difference. AC in is good, dc in is good. Nothing happens. Looks like the wallet is going to take a beating for a new one. Ebay here I come....
