2013 Crossroads Sunset Trail TPO Roof

I need to replace the decking of the roof. It is EXTREMELY soft in spots around all my bathroom vents. My question is can I “peel” the TPO rubber back or will I need to replace the TPO with a new section as well. I didn’t know if you could just peel and roll the rubber back or if it’s going to stick to the deck boards and rip off in pieces. If that’s the case I’ll need to order several feet of the TPO. Can someone help? I follow the forum, but have never posted. Thanks John
  • You need to replace the COMPLETE TPO roof. Yes, you can peel the bad section up and replace the decking that is weak. But getting old TPO to adhere back down will be almost impossible. Crossroad roof decking was NOT the normal thickness of standard deck material. The weakness was like that from new. We sold and serviced Crossroads back then. The correct way to fix is to remove the old TPO and redeck/overlay the old deck and then glue down new TPO. Doug
