Tesla P90D might be a bit lower depending on how you drive. Chevy Spark or Bolt probably a bit better. Of course a smaller car will get better economy.
Need to add about 20% additional for charging losses to get energy usage from the wall.
What car are you getting? May want to read on mynissanleaf.com as the discussion is very extensive.
