2500W Inverter
Looking for an inverter for my 5th wheel. Around 2000-2500 watt. Don't want/need a charger or controller with it. Want to integrate with coach and remote on/off.... Not a hard core boon docker yet...

20 amps = 2,340 Watts (at 117V). 20 amps came from you wanting a 2000-2500 watt inverter.
All of your items aren't too bad, except the crock pot and microwave. The former adds up over time and the latter draws a lot for a short time. I suspect you'll find the crock pot in particular to be impractical. GoPower (what I have too) are good inverters.
