You should be using blocks or jack pads of some kind to prevent damage to the RV park pads. The is especially true if the park has asphalt pads and even more important if it's asphalt and quite warm outside. If you are on concrete and you are going to see freezing temperatures the jacks can freeze to the concrete crippling your RV had you had plans to leave. At least with blocks you could raise the jacks and beat the blocks off.
