Blades on yours look like they got a little warm. Naolox will help for a better contact. If you replace your end I like the Camco with the handle on it. Easy grip and plenty of room inside to attach wires.
Naolox is overpriced Cosmoline. Sandpaper or steel wool copper connection but trash funky aluminum connectors. Aluminum is Sn (Tin) plated for a reason.
Where wires get clamped to the pins inside the plug is where a lot of overheating events occur. The start of the heating cooling syndrome slowly but surely anneals the copper strands. Too many times I have encountered copper strands so brittle they snap when I touch them with the end of my finger.
CAIG DE-OXIT D100 is the sole cleaner I have found that really removes surface oxidation. The blue color CAIG preservative actually lasts a long time.
Where cable insulation clamps to the body of the plug or receptacle try using a three inch piece of DUAL-WALL heat shrink tubing. It act like a strain relief. It is also light-years tougher than cable cord insulation.
