If an improperly wired cord had fried everything, the effect would be immediate and spectacular when you first plugged it in. Should be interesting to see what the dealer says. In reading through the thread, it looks like you checked the breaker at the pedestal, but never actually verified there was power at it. Did you try plugging in the trailer elsewhere?
