OP Your posts indicate that you are in over your head which is not unusual in the RV world for someone new. Go to the dealer and take pictures on the cord, CB panel etc. Click on Open Roads Forum at the top, find the picture posting thread and post the pics, it's easy. There are unanswered questions, etc. Again suggest you get independent help as the dealer is jerking you around and given what you've posted they are either idots, clueless or something worse, which is also not unusual.
Question: Is the second A/C location wired and/or do you have a plan? I live in the Phoenix area and TRUST ME you do not want to spend 2 summer months here w/o fully adequate and operational A/Cs along with everything else.
It sounds like a used modified RV. IF SO I'd absolute want to know who, how and when the mods were done were they done with good quality. There is NO electrical code requirements or inspections for a RV unlike a house.
Most likely the dealer will not take the RV back, did you buy "AS-IS"? No dealer warranty?
Factory warranty invalid for modifications. Dealers are typically paid less for factory warranty work and can take months. Your work might be done by September.
I'm posting this not to be critical of you but rather suggest you become very involved, knowledgable and get on top of the issues.
