OP. I know what you’re going through. As well. I don’t think you have a serious issue likely.
But you have to have access to the trailer and plug it in to do any diagnosis.
1. start clearly with what does and doesn’t work.
2. And understand which loads are 12v (lights furnace water pump etc) and which are 120v (AC, microwave, maybe fridge)
3. figure out if your fridge is 12v 120v or LP or want mode it’s in.
4. Check voltage at battery. When camper is plugged in. (If it’s 13.x - 14.x, the converter works and it’s charging)
5. If it’s pre wired for 2nd AC then being 50A service is correct. If it’s not, still a mystery and prohibitive to adding an AC without significant electrical work.
6. 1 little 12v cheap battery won’t keep the 12v side of a camper that size alive very long unless it’s constantly being charged/power supported by the converter (which of course is powered by the 120v service). Back to #4 if converter isn’t working could have a blown fuse on it. Or another issue.
7. Try to find a campsite with shade and the best to you and your family!
If you can’t plug it in and run through some basic functionality tests then start beating on the dealer to get you in fast. You still never said if it’s under warranty or not. If not and you can’t work on it there are probably 1000 RV mechanics around Vegas. Go to a RV park and ask the first dozen people you see for a recommendation for a rv mechanic that isn’t a dipshit or a thief.
Likely faster cheaper and better than the dealer if no warranty.
